Shrimpfest

This isn’t just a festival. It’s a full-blown celebration of shrimp. Grab your friends and make some waves at the shrimpiest party of the year, all while giving back to a local cause.

This year, a portion of Shrimpfest proceeds will benefit Crime Stoppers of Greenville, a nonprofit that provides anonymous crime tips to local law enforcement, helping keep our city safe. Made up of trusted volunteers and professionals, their mission is simple: protect the community and make Greenville a better place to live, work, and thrive. We’re proud to support their efforts this year.

Artist Reception at Grand Bohemian Lodge

Collaborate Art Installation & Exhibition with Mark Mulfinger & Shelley Cade.

“A space to seek the sentimental and find comfort and peace. A haven of her.”

The idea sprouted under the collaborative roof of Railside Studios and outside upon clothes-pinned batiks drying on the line. With Summer upon us, we dreamed and drew up sunny florals that just needed to be shared with an imaginative art installation showcasing gallery walls of small to medium work. Youthful memories of the family dens you’d explore for pretty trinkets and treasures and always fresh vases filled from the season’s yield. 🌻

Full Show runs July 1 - July 9 in the Grand Bohemian Lodge Gallery in Downtown Greenville.

Greenville Steampunk Soiree @ Carolina Bauernhaus GVL

Greenville Steampunk Soiree Journey to a mechanical world of gadgets and Tom-foolery as Caolina Bauernhaus hosts the premiere of Greenville’s “Steampunk Soiree,” featuring the music of The Deviled Eggs and TC Costello. Suit up in your finest steampunk attire and join us for the evening.

The Deviled Eggs band of Asheville, NC will be keeping it weird on the accordion and saw with original songwriting, silly parodies, and more! Shows are best experienced live and often includes other musicians adding their own special ingredient to The Deviled Eggs' recipe.

T.C. Costello has been bringing accordion-powered, alcohol-friendly cabaret punk to the dive bars, squats and festivals of Europe, Asia and the U.S. Listeners can expect to hear old-world melodies, foot-stomping rhythms and tales of people on their worst behavior throughout Costello's sets of both original and traditional songs.
